There aren’t very many true natives in the area, but Chris is proud to be called one. Raised in Niceville, FL just North of the Choctawhatchee Bay, Chris has grown up and seen the growth and development of the area over the last 40 years. Graduating from Niceville High School and continuing his education at the University of West Florida, Chris earned a Sales and Marketing degree and immediately put it to use by taking a job with the St. Joe Company marketing WaterColor and WaterSound in the early years of development positioning them as the premier destination of the Gulf Coast. Over the years, Chris had participated in several parts of Real Estate development in the area as well as being active in the construction industry, by designing and selling smart home systems for his clients. With his strong knowledge of the area and endless amount of contacts, he looks forward to helping his clients find their perfect piece of happiness.
